Cancellations
We expect more than a couple of days notice if you cancel. If you cancel more than three times in a year your regular cleaning time will be cancelled and replaced with a new customer. We do not charge for a cancellation but we do expect the commitment from the customer not to cancel very often.  This note is only here to protect us against customers who take advantage of the situation.

Communication Book
If you request we will supply a Communication Book, keeping an open liaison between client and cleaners.

Caution
While we are at your location, we do not want any accidents and so if you could point out any fragile or broken items before we commence work, this would be mutually beneficial.

Check
Check payable to Heather’s House Cleaning. Payment due the same day work performed.

Estimates
Small jobs by phone. Large jobs at location.

Hours of Operation
Tuesday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Closed Evenings, Weekends and Statutory Holidays.

Rates effective January 1, 2008
$50.00 per hour, per cleaner + 5% GST (GST # R136444254).
(4 hrs X $50.00 per hr = $200.00 + 5% GST $10.00 = $210.00).

Statutory Holidays
We do not work Statutory Holidays.
If your regular cleaning day falls on any one of the Stats you will probably have to wait another two weeks for your regular cleaning day. If this does not work for you we will try and fit you in on a cancellation by another customer. There are seldom cancellations around a Statutory Holiday.

4 hr Cleaning Visit
1 cleaner would be at your location for 4 hrs.
2 cleaners would be at your locaton for 2 hrs.
3 cleaners would be at your location for 1 hr. 20 mins.
4 cleaners would be at your location for 1 hr.

All jobs are a minimum of 4 hrs.

Scheduled time includes pulling up to your house, getting supplies into your house, reading customer notes, socializing, cleaning your home and getting back to the truck with supplies.
